Your return will be refunded within 14 working days of your order arriving back at our warehouse.

To process your return as efficiently as possible, please create a separate return for each order and use the return label provided for each package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised with embroidery unless there is a fault with the product or the embroidery itself.
