What is your returns policy?Updated 5 days ago

We are so sorry that your items are not suitable for you. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 30 days from the date of delivery. For sale and online sample sale items, we offer a 14-day return period.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please get in touch immediately. We're here for you every step of the way! You can find out more about our returns here. If you are unsure which service you should use, we're always here to help.

For a smooth return, please send everything back to us in the original condition:

Unworn and with tags attached: Please make sure the item hasn't been used and all original tags are still on.

In original packaging: If the item came with dust bags or any additional packaging, please return those as well, along with additional add on's such as scrunchies. 


Returns Responsibility
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return. 

We reserve the right to deduct the value of free gifts from refunds if not returned to us when you return other items from your order. Discount offers or free gifts that are subject to minimum spends / bundle prices may be lost if the requirements are no longer met after returns.

For a full refund we require the return of all items in PJ sets, including the bag and scrunchie. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the missing item from the refund amount.
