What is your returns policy?Updated 24 days ago

We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If a piece isn’t quite right for your home or wardrobe, we are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. For our sale and online sample sale collections, we offer a 14-day return window.

Please note that embroidered or customised items are uniquely yours and cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

For a smooth and easy return:

  • Original Condition: Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on swimwear where the protective seal remains in place and intact.

  • Complete Sets: For a full refund on PJ sets, please return all pieces together, including the matching bag and any accessories like scrunchies.

  • Packaging: Please include all original dust bags and gift packaging. Note that the luxury gift box packaging itself is non-returnable. 

A few helpful reminders: Your items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we recommend packing them securely and keeping your proof of postage. If a return means a minimum spend for a discount or free gift is no longer met, the value may be deducted from your refund.
