Can I return or exchange a gift?Updated 2 days ago

If your item was a gift you received, please head to our returns portal here, and select Start Gift Return.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges, but we can offer you a gift voucher to use on our website, once you have returned your gift. 

We do need to locate the order to help you, so we may request a few details, such as the name of the person who gifted you, when you contact us. If our team are unable to locate the order, we will not be able to help you any further. 

It is possible your gift may have been purchased from a wholesaler or outside of our returns window. In this case, we will not be able to provide any exchange.
