What is your returns policy?
We are so sorry that your items are not suitable for you. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 30 days from the date of delivery. For sale and online sample sale items

Can I return a product if it has embroidery on it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised with embroidery unless there is a fault with the product or the embroidery itself.
Can I exchange a gift?
If your item was a gift you received, please head to our returns portal here, and select start gift return. We do need to locate the order to help you, so we may request a few details such as the name of the person who gifted you when you contact us.
Can I get a price adjustment for an item I’ve already purchased?

How long will my refund take?
Your return will be refunded within 14-16 working days of your order arriving back at our warehouse.
My return label is not working, what should I do?

Can I return two separate orders in one package?
To process your return as efficiently as possible, please create separate returns for different orders.
Do I need proof of postage?
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about y
