If your item was a gift you received, please head to our returns portal here, and select start gift return.

We do need to locate the order to help you, so we may request a few details such as the name of the person who gifted you when you contact us. If our team are unable to locate the order we will not be able to help you any further. 

It is possible your gift may have been purchased from a wholesaler or outside of our returns window. In this case we will not be able to provide any exchange.
