In the event that your parcel is returned to TBCo because:

• The shipping address provided was incorrect
• Delivery attempts were missed
• The parcel was not collected from a local pickup point/depot within the required timeframe
• The delivery was refused
• The parcel was not collected from our TBCo store within the required timeframe

You will have the option to:

• Reship: A shipping fee will be required to re-send the parcel. You can choose our Standard delivery for £3.95 or our Express delivery for £7.95.
  
  
• Refund: We will refund the cost of your items, minus our standard delivery fee and a return fee of £3.50 to cover the costs incurred from the failed delivery and return.

Terms and conditions
Any shipping rates applied at checkout, including free shipping promotions, are valid for a single shipping instance only. TBCO Retail Ltd reserves the right to recover costs for any parcel returned to our warehouse due to customer error or inaction, which includes but is not limited to the provision of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to be present for scheduled delivery attempts, failure to collect a parcel from a designated collection point or sorting office within the carrier’s specified timeframe, or the refusal of delivery.

In these instances, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with the failed delivery. For reshipment, our standard delivery charge must be paid in full before the item is dispatched for a second time. Alternatively, if a refund is requested, the standard delivery charge and a standard return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to offset the outward postage and the return-to-sender charges levied by our carriers; this applies regardless of whether the order originally qualified for a free shipping promotion.
