How long does shipping take?Updated 8 days ago

All of our products are shipped from Edinburgh, Scotland. Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Canada Delivery: 5-7 working days

Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout. 

If you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 3-4 working days to your order delivery time. 

We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Our warehouse is super speedy, and order amendments are likely not possible after an order is placed. We'll always endeavour to make these changes where possible, so please reach out to our team here.
