Can I cancel or make changes to my order?Updated 2 days ago
We want you to receive your TBCo pieces as quickly as possible, so our warehouse team works quite speedily to get orders on their way. Because of this, there is a very short window to make any amendments once your order is placed.
Your 30-Minute Grace Period For 30 minutes after your purchase, you can make several changes yourself directly from your order confirmation page. Alternatively, you can reach out to our team via the chat on our website, and we’ll do our best to help or redirect you to your order confirmation to make changes - if you already exited the page!
What you can update within 30 minutes:
Delivery address
Adding new items to your order
Swapping a product size
Cancelling and refunding your order
What we are unable to change: Once an order is in our system, you cannot amend embroidery details, gift messages, or add gift boxes. We are also unable to remove individual items from an existing order, but our team will do our best to make these changes for you where possible.
If the 30-minute window has passed, we may not be able to stop your order from shipping. However, you are always welcome to return your items for a full refund once they arrive.
