Can I exchange a gift?
If your item was a gift you received, please head to our returns portalĀ hereĀ and select Start Gift Return. We do need to locate the order to help you, so we may request a few details, such as the name of the person who gifted you, when you contact us
Will my gift arrive with a receipt or invoice inside?
All orders are shipped ready to be gifted with no receipt, invoices or pricing included in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
Can I include a Gift Note?
Yes!Ā We offer one complimentary gift note at checkout; you can find the option to add this in your cart. Just tick āAdd a free gift noteā, and you can then type your message. Unfortunately, gift notes are not available on orders shipped within the US
