If you have placed a large order your items may be arriving over two shipments.
We are sorry to hear there is an item missing!
Please contact us immediately upon noticing and we will be more than happy to help. We will require the following:
- A clear image of the outer packaging to check for any damage
- Images of the products and tags of the items you did receive, please insure the information side of the tag is displayed.
- A image of the shipping label on your order
