If you are in the UK, returns are free.

To start your return click here. You will be taken to our returns portal to create your return. Once submitted you'll be provided with a free returns label or QR code.

If your item was a gift you received, we can offer an exchange or credit note in our returns portal also. 

Once you’ve created your label, just attach it to your parcel or take to your local parcel shop to scan the label or QR code and ship back to us! 

Items purchased in store or online can also be returned to our store at 170b Great Junction St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5LJ. 

Unfortunately, products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

In some instances, your return will be submitted for review before you are provided with return information and/or a label. Reviews can take 2-3 days and once completed you will receive an email with further instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 14-16 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.

Returns Responsibility

Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return. 

We reserve the right to deduct the value of free gifts from refunds if not returned to us when you return other items from your order. Discount offers or free gifts that are subject to minimum spends / bundle prices may be lost if the requirements are no longer met after returns.

For a full refund we require the return of all items in PJ sets, including the bag and scrunchie. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the missing item from the refund amount.

For a smooth return, please send everything back to us in the original condition:

Unworn and with tags attached: Please make sure the item hasn't been used and all original tags are still on.

In original packaging: If the item came with dust bags or any additional packaging, please return those as well, along with additional add on's such as scrunchies.
