Can I return/exchange orders?Updated 6 months ago

Items purchased in store or online can be returned either using our online returns portal or in store. We offer 30 days from date of delivery for any return/exchanges. For sale and online sample sale items, we offer a 14-day return period.

Ensure you have your order confirmation available in-store, if we are unable to locate your order we will not be able to provide a return or exchange.
